We operate round-the-clock emergency dispatch across Buffalo and WNY. During high-wind and heavy snow events, priority is given to trees on roofs, vehicles, power lines, and blocked driveways.
We use controlled sectional rigging, lowering limbs piece-by-piece using dynamic friction ropes rather than dropping heavy wood. We also utilize ground protection mats to prevent lawn rutting.
Full cleanup and haul-away are standard. Stumps are ground 6 to 12 inches below grade, chips are backfilled or hauled away, and the area is graded smooth for immediate reseeding.
